RESTAURANT BETWEEN IMPERIA AND DIANO MARINA
A MENU
ACCORDING
TO NATURE
The menus of our farmhouse’ s restaurant in Imperia respect the times of nature and vary according to the seasons: the vegetables come from our garden, personally supervised by Luigi.
For this reason, many of our dishes, such as the delicious vegetable pies, pasta or desserts, change during the year.
Our other proposals, on the other hand, are present throughout the year, and many of our customers come specifically to enjoy them: the ‘Piscelandrea’, the focaccia with olives, the ‘frisciolata’, the rabbit cooked in the Ligurian way with our famous red wine: Dolceacqua Superiore.

LIGURIAN WINES
The best, selected for you
SEA VIEW RESTAURANT
HIGH QUALITY IN THE GLASS
For the customers of our restaurant we serve only excellent Ligurian wines, all from the Province of Imperia. High quality wines, awarded several times, present in the most important and famous guides, who tell their own story, each in their own way, of our very special territory that ranges from the sea to the Alps.
We have selected them for you especially because we like them in the first place, and because they perfectly accompany the dishes of our cuisine.
Always remembering that it doesn’t count HOW MUCH you drink, but HOW you drink it.
Vermentino DOC Aschero
From the vineyards of Pontedassio, in the immediate hinterland behind Imperia.
Pigato DOC Calvini
From vineyards on the Poggio di Sanremo, almost on the sea, which produce a very particular flavor.
Prise de Mousse Calvini
All the goodness of vermentino with the addition of bubbles. A wine for the whole meal, but also for dessert.
Ormeasco di Pornassio Superiore DOC Fontanacota
Mountain’ s wine, between the Alps and the Mediterranean, aged in cask for at least one year. By Marina Berta.
Rossese di Dolceacqua Superiore DOC Maixei
Produced by the Riviera dei Fiori Cooperative, it is the wine we use to cook our delicious rabbit.
Sciac-trà Ormeasco di Pornassio DOC Fontanacota
Rosé wine with a pleasant and characteristic aroma, which we usually offer only in summer.

TROFIE, GNOCCHI, MANDILLI DE SAEA, PESTO
‘… the jurors appreciated the passion of Luigi Vidili and Riccarda Roner, his wife, owners of Le Navi in Cielo, hill of Imperia. Luigi is a Sardinian raised in Pegli, in love with Liguria (that of the surly and grumpy Ligurians) to the point of knowing how to tell (and propose in the dish) a sweet, balanced, not “rude” pesto as marquis Gavotti wanted, but enveloping and persuasive . He spread it on trofie (good), gnocchi (yummy) and mandilli de saea, unreachable, thanks to the search for flour and warmth of the hands to knead them and pull them …’
